实践视域下的高校学生党员参与社会建设研究

University Party Member's Participation in the Social Construction from a Practical Vision

作为社会建设的重要功能定位,当前我国高等教育进入了更加注重内涵发展的时期,服务于民生发展成为其更加凸显社会责任的内在发展要求。城乡社区是影响高校党建与德育育人的外源性、发展性、生成性环境,也是大学生全身步入社会之前实现其"预社会化过程"的重要实践空间。高校学生党组织要以核心价值体系为基点,推进党建工作格局从准行政化走向公益化,有效延伸高等学校的社会服务职能;要以党员义工基地等为载体,创新党员教育管理途径,将"志愿、服务、奉献"等公益教育精神嵌入并内化于党员大学生的成长成才体系,推进高校学生党建与社会工作的联动共建和长效发展,从而引领大学生党员系统完成从"学校人"到"社会人"的角色转型,并顺利地实现由"精英毛坯"到"人才成品"的社会化过程。

As an essential function of our society construction,the higher education in our country has been into a period which pays more attention to the inner development.Thus,it is required to serve for the people for the social responsibility.The communities are important places for the university students before they really step into the society since it profoundly affect the environment of the party construction in universities and the education.The party organizations in universities should work on the basis of the core value system so than they can perform the social service function efficiently.Based on the volunteer base of the party member,it is supposed to promote the development of the party construction and the social function by creative education methods under the public educational spirit ＂volunteer,service and devotion＂.In this way can university party members step into the society as a social man and grow up to be outstanding elites.
