试论应用型本科院校大学生村官培养模式的构建

A Discussion on the Construction of the Training Mode of College Graduate "Village Official" in Applied-typed Undergraduate Colleges

应用型本科院校注重培养学生的实践能力,培养的人才与社会的衔接性更强,大学生"村官"培养模式的构建:订单式培养,共同制定培养目标,校地合作,落实政策,优化人才培养资源;增设涉农课程,专题培训,培养学生农村工作技能,理论与实践相结合,提升学生职业能力,做好毕业生跟踪服务,保障大学生"村官"可持续发展。

The applied-typed undergraduate colleges pay attention to the training of the students＇ practice ability.The relationship between students and society is more cohesive.The construction of the training mode of college graduate ＂village official＂ includes many aspects.We should establish training goal,then reinforce the order-form train teaching model and school-district cooperation,and optimize personnel training resources.Meanwhile,we also should add agriculture course and special training classes on special topics in order to cultivate students＇ work skills in the countryside,combine theory with practice to improving the students＇ professional skills,complete the graduate tracking service,and guarantee the sustainable development of the college graduate ＂village official＂.
