On the Cultivation of the Spirit of Science and the Scientific Spirit of Engineering Postgraduate Students

科学精神是伴随着近代科学而产生发展起来的,其内涵主要包括了理性、开放、批判与开拓创新、公平与尊重事实、敬业与团队协作、回馈社会等方面,这为我国工科研究生科学精神的培养指明了方向,切合了工科研究生培养过程中的四个阶段。但需注意的是,工科研究生科学精神的培养任重而道远,需要良好的环境、教育及研究生的自律三者的共同努力,才能促进此项任务的完成。

Scientific spirit is developing with emergence of modern science.It involves the spirit of the rational and open,criticism and innovation,fair and respect,dedication and teamwork,and feedback to the society,etc.,which indicate the right path to the cultivation of scientific spirit of engineering postgraduate students in our country.In the four stages of the engineering postgraduate training process,the cultivation has heavy responsibilities.So it is advisable to combine the good environment,education and self-discipline of postgraduate well.
