An Investigation on the Family and Native Place of Pan Yue

潘岳作为西晋著名作家,其生平仕历和文学创作都极具代表性,研究潘岳的生平事迹,既是知人论世之需要,也有助于增强对西晋文人生活状态的了解。然而,在一些史书和谱牒中,潘岳的出入行藏多有舛误。依据相关史料及部分研究者的研究成果,对其中有关家世和故里的部分进行细致考订,尽可能还原历史的真实。

Pan Yue is the famous writer in the West Jin Dynasty.His life,official experience and literature are extremely representative.The research of the life story of Pan Yue is the need of making an appraisal of people and commenting events.It can also lead to a better understanding of the living condition of writers in the West Jin Dynasty.However,there are many mistakes of the family and behavior of Pan Yue in historical records and genealogies.According to relevant historical materials and the research findings of some researchers,this article meticulously examines and corrects the family and native place part of Pan Yue,and tries to restore the historical truth.
