我院600例门诊患者合理用药国际指标调研与分析

Investigation and Study of Rational Drugs Use in Our Hospital by International Indicators in 600 Cases

目的对医院门诊处方用药情况进行国际指标调研分析,提高合理用药水平。方法应用世界卫生组织(WHO)、基本药物行动计划(DAP)、合理用药国际网络(INRUD)联合制定的国际指标以及我国的《处方管理办法》,对600例门诊患者的处方指标和患者关怀指标采用Excel进行统计分析。结果平均用药品种数2.6种,通用名使用率100%,抗生素使用率26%,注射剂使用率11.17%,基本药物使用率81.82%,平均就诊时间13.24 min,实际调配药物率94.38%,患者了解用药率88.5%,平均就诊药费134.23元,药品标识完整百分率14.63%,知道阅读药品说明书的患者70.58%。结论采用国际指标及《处方管理办法》,对合理用药调研具有可操作性和指导性。

Objective To analyze the medication status of outpatient prescriptions by international rational drug use（RDU） indicators to improve the level of rational drug use.Methods According to international indicators jointly formulated by WHO,Drug Awareness Program（DAP） and International Net Work for Rational Use of Drugs（INRUD） and the Prescription Management Policy,the prescription indicators and patients care indicators in 600 outpatient prescriptions were statistical analyzed by Excel software.Results The average number of drugs was 2.6.The use rates were 100%for generic name,26%for antibiotics,11.17%for injections and 81.82%for essential drug list（EDL）.The average seeing-doctor time was 13.24 min.The rate of actual drug dispensing was 94.38%.The rate of patients′cognition of correct medication was 88.5%.The average expense was 134.23 Yuan.The rate of drugs with complete labels was 14.63%.The patients knowing to read specifications accounted for 70.58%.Conclusion It can be operative and instructive to investigate and study rational drug use in our hospital by international indicators and Prescription Management Policy.
