丹红联合川芎嗪注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛108例

Efficacy Observation on Danhong Injection Combined with Chuanxiong Injection for Treating Unstable Angina in 108 Cases

目的观察丹红注射液联合川芎嗪注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法将108例患者随机均分为两组,均予常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用丹红注射液联合川芎嗪注射液治疗。结果治疗组总有效率为85.19%,明显高于对照组的70.37%(P<0.05)。结论丹红注射液联合川芎嗪注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效显著,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of Danhong Injection combined with Chuanxiong Injection on treating unstable angina.Methods 108 cases of unstable angina were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The two groups were treated routinely.The treatment group was added Danhong Injection combined with Chuan Xiong Injection.The clinical curative effects were observed after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 85.19%.The effects in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group＇s effective rate was 70.37%（P 0.05）.Conclusion The curative effect of Danhong Injection combined with Chuan Xiong Injection is significant for unstable angina,which can be popularized in clinic.
