摘要
高等院校的教学督导工作在确保教学质量和深化教学改革的进程中发挥着监督、评价和指导的功能。文章从对教学督导的内涵和定位分析入手,分析了院校教学督导工作中存在的问题,并提出了深化教学督导改革的策略。
In institutions of higher education,supervision of teaching activities is the key to ensure teaching quality;it also monitors,assesses and directs the deepening reform of education in China.In this essay,we start from explore the connotation and scope of supervision of teaching,analysis the problems of supervision of teaching arise the practice in higher education institutions,and propose resolutions to deepen the reform of supervision of teaching.
