以工作过程为导向的高职软件技术专业课程体系的研究与实践

为社会培养出符合IT产业发展要求,适应用人单位需要且就业竞争力强的软件技术高等技能型人才,已成为时代对高等职业教育改革与发展的呼唤。文章以校企合作和工学结合为切入点,以项目开发为载体,以提高毕业生的就业竞争能力为目标,以工作过程为导向,开发了高职软件技术专业的核心课程,构建了该专业的课程体系,探讨了教学实施中的教学组织、实践教学环境、师资队伍等保障措施,为研究高素质技能型高职软件技术人才的培养途径提供了有益的尝试。

It has become the call of the era to the reform and development of higher vocational education that training higher skilled personnel of software technology meeting IT industry requirements and the needs of employers with higher competitive power for the community.The paper thinks of the school-enterprise cooperation and work and study combination as a starting point,sees project development as a carrier,regards enhancing the competitiveness of the graduates as goal and treats the work process as orientation.Then the paper develops the core curriculum of vocational software technology specialty and builds the curriculum system of software technology specialty.At last,the paper discusses the support measures during the teaching implementation such as the teaching organization,practice teaching environment,and teachers and so on which provides a useful try to study the training way of skilled vocational software technology personnel with high predisposition.
