精神分裂症患者主观幸福感与自我效能、社会支持的相关性

Correlation between Subjective Well-being and Self-efficacy,Social Support in Patients with Schizophrenia

目的了解缓解期精神分裂症患者的主观幸福感水平与自我效能、社会支持的关系,以便为制定护理干预措施提供科学依据。方法采用总体幸福感量表、自我效能感量表、社会支持评定量表及个人一般情况调查表,对100例缓解期精神分裂症患者进行调查。结果精神分裂症患者的主观幸福感处于低等水平,与自我效能、社会支持呈正相关。结论在设计和实施护理干预措施时,应将提高患者的自我效能、社会支持水平作为目标,以增强患者的自我效能、社会支持水平作为解决护理问题的视角和切入点,从而提高该类患者的主观幸福感水平,提高生活质量。

Objective To understand the correlation between subjective well-being and self-efficiaey,social support in patients with schizophrenia during remission so as to provide scientific basis for formulating the nursing intervention measures.Methods Totally 100 patients with schizophrenia during remission were assessed with general well-being schedule,self-efficacy scale and the social support scale and people generally questionnaire.Results Low subjective well-being was observed in the schizophrenia group,which was positively correlated with self-efficacy and social support.Conclusion In the process of design and implementation of nursing intervention measures,enhanced self-efficacy and social support level should be taken as the goal.Strengthening self-efficacy and social support level serve as the breakthrough point of view and nursing in solving nursing problems so as to promote the level of subjective well-being and improve the quality of life.
