农民均平求富心态与农业生产经营体制变迁

Change of Peasants' Mentality of Egalitarianism and Seeking Wealth and Agricultural Production and Management Systems

农民具有的均平求富心态在农业生产经营体制变迁中发挥重要作用。农业合作化运动中,我党采取国家帮助发展、大力宣传合作化的好处等措施,满足农民均平求富愿望,引导农民参与合作化。人民公社时期,大量农村剩余转化为工业资本积累,无法实现农民增收,最终促生新时期家庭经营和集体经营相结合的双层经营体制。不同时期的生产经营体制只有体现、适应、满足农民均平求富心态,实现生产发展和农民增收,才会成为农民的自觉选择,才会长久。

Peasants＇ mentality of egalitarianism and seeking wealth has taken significant effect in the change of agricultural production and management systems.In the period of agricultural cooperation movement,the CPC has taken many measures,like providing state＇s assistance and conducting vigorous propaganda on collectivization＇s benefit,to satisfy peasants＇ mentality of egalitarianism and seeking wealth and to guide peasants to participate in the agricultural cooperation.In the period of people＇s commune,because much rural surplus transformed into industrial capital accumulation,peasants couldn＇t increase income,which eventually facilitated the system of household management of production combined with collective operation in the new period.No matter what kinds of period＇s production and management system,only the one which can reflect,adjust and satisfy peasants＇ mentality of egalitarianism and seeking wealth and could achieve production development and increase peasants＇ income,can be conscientiously chosen by peasants and last longer.
