家族企业引入职业经理人决策行为研究

摘要 家族企业的兴亡事关我国经济发展大计。针对家族企业在引入职业经理人过程中出现的柠檬市场、道德风险等问题,运用博弈论的研究方法,建立了家族企业和职业经理人的博弈支付矩阵,在此基础上,运用演化博弈理论得出了双方博弈的稳定策略,并用仿真软件进行了仿真,研究表明,企业经理人能否守信及创造财富的能力是两者合作考虑的核心要素,因此,家族企业和职业经理人、政府应本着相互信任的精神,发挥各自的优势,打造和谐的合作环境,实现多方的合作共赢。 The rise and fall of family business is of vital importance to China's economic development.Aimed at the problems of lemon market and moral hazard occurring during the employment of professional managers of the family business,game theory is used in the study to build a game payoff matrix of family business and professional managers.And based on this,the evolutionary game theory is used to draw a strategy for the stability of game between the two sides,and a simulation is also made using simulation software.The results show that the enterprise manager's trustworthiness and ability to create wealth is a core element of cooperation between the two,therefore,the family business,professional managers and the goverment should bring their own advantages into full play in the spirit of mutual trust to create a harmonious environment for multilateral cooperation and to achieve the goal of win-win.
