声振法判定水泥混凝土路面脱空的试验研究 被引量:6

摘要 针对水泥混凝土路面板底脱空,利用加速度传感器采集处于不同状态(板角脱空、板角非脱空)和不同厚度的混凝土板数据,通过频谱分析得出:厚度为20cm、18cm的脱空混凝土板,试验点布置在板角区域时,最大振幅对应的频率为200~400Hz,试验点布置在非脱空区域时,最大振幅对应的频率在500~700Hz;厚度为20cm、18cm的普通混凝土板,最大振幅对应的频率在500~800Hz。脱空板的厚度和试验点布置距离与频率存在一定的关系,为声振法判定刚性路面脱空等无损检测技术提供有效的试验依据。 For the defect of concrete pavement plate being empty, the use of acceleration sensor collecting data in various states (plate angle separation, plate angle of non-void) and different thickness of the con- crete slabs, through analyzed by spectral analysis, it shows that a thickness of 20 cm, 18 cm's Void con- crete slab , the maximum amplitude of the corresponding frequency is from 200 Hz to 400 Hz, when the tes- ting points are arranged in the region of the corner of concrete slabs. On the contrary, testing point ar- rangement in the area of non-void, the maximum amplitude of the corresponding frequency is from 500 Hz to 700 Hz. Thickness of 20 cm,18 cm, ordinary concrete slab, the maximum amplitude of the correspond- ing frequency is in the 500~800 Hz. There is a certain relationship between the frequency and void thick- ness of the plate and test point arrangement. This method provides an effective experiment basis for acous- tic vibration judging rigid pavement in void and nondestructive testing technology.
