新疆经济增长中的能源消费与环境污染

Energy Consumption and Environmental Pollution in Economic Growth in Xinjiang

本文的研究目的在于分析新疆经济增长与能源消费、环境污染之间的数量联系机制。文章首先对新疆经济增长过程中的能源消费与环境污染现状做了详细的描述性统计;然后基于1985年～2007年的时序数据,建立经济增长与能源消费、环境污染的协整方程。研究发现,新疆存在从能源到经济的单向格兰杰原因,为能源依赖型经济体系;新疆经济增长、能源消费、对外贸易构成环境污染的单向格兰杰原因;在影响新疆环境污染程度的各因素中,对外贸易对环境污染的影响是很大的。

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the relationship between the economic growth,energy consumption and environmental pollution in Xinjiang.Firstly,it introduces the present situation of energy consumption,environmental pollution and economic growth by using the statistic descriptive analysis;Secondly,based on the 1985~2007 series data,it establish co-integration regression model to analyze the relationship between them.At last,the conclusion indicated that Xinjiang economic growth is heavily depended on energy consumption;Xinjiang economic growth,energy consumption,foreign trade are the single Granger Cause of environmental pollution;among the influence factors of environmental pollution,foreign trade impacted the environmental pollution in Xinjiang obviously.
