文化缺省在汉诗英译中的补偿翻译

Compensation for Cultural Defaults in C-E Poetry Translation

兼具形式和内容是诗歌翻译中的一大难题,而文化项在目的语文化中的缺省为翻译又增添了难度。本文通过梳理补偿翻译的发展脉络,提出对汉诗英译中文化缺省的翻译可以大胆采用文内加注、文外加注、直译、归化、异化、删除、浅化等补偿法进行翻译。

To integrate forms and contents in poetry translation is baffling,it proves even more so if translators can not find the equivalents in the target language.This paper offers a map for previous development of compensation in translation and suggests approaches of compensation including notes inserted in and out of the text,literal translation,domestication,foreignization,deletion and simplification concerning cultural defaults in Chinese to English Poetry translation.
