溶解氧智能传感器补偿校正方法研究与应用 被引量:5

摘要 本文针对影响C lark溶氧电极输出信号的主要因素,采用IEEE1451.2智能传感器的设计思想,研制了具有温度补偿和自校准等功能的溶解氧智能传感器。该智能传感器温度补偿算法采用曲线拟合法,零点和斜率可以通过校准程序自动修改。系统设计采用低电压、低功耗芯片,适用于电池供电的无线传感网络。测试结果表明,采用该补偿校准方法可以明显改善C lark溶解氧传感器的测量精度、使用寿命和适用范围。 In this paper,according to the main influencing factors of the Clark type oxygen electrode,a smart sensor of dissolved oxygen was developed;it adopted IEEE1451 protocol's idea,with temperature compensation and self-calibration functions.The temperature compensation adopted curve fitting method,its zero and slope can be modified by calibration program.The system was designed by low-voltage and low-power IC,so it can be used in battery-powered Wireless Sensor Networks.The experimental results show that the measurement accuracy,the sensor life and the application scope of the Clark type electrode can be improved obviously by using those compensation and calibration methods.
