压捆机杠杆组分捆机构的改进仿真

摘要 根据自行研制的固定式饲草压捆机,针对触发弹射式杠杆组分捆机构进行改进研制和仿真。采用S imM e-chan ics对压缩机构和分捆机构运动关联进行仿真,将分捆机构移至距离压缩止点260 mm处,使允许落板时间增至0.795 s,而分隔板自由下落时间为0.271 s,因此撤去弹射器,简化了结构。由于不同种类、不同含水率的饲草压缩反弹量区别较大,将曲柄长度改为480 mm,延长了压缩行程,避免饲草反弹堵塞落板口。 In the trial process,having mainly based on self-developed fixed forage balers,further improved the trigger catapult style Leveraged sub-agencies and their relevant agencies.movements relevance of compression agencies and sub-agencies is simulated with SimMechanics.Sub-agencies was moved away from point 260 mm at compression,the time that allowed off the board increased to 0.795 s,while free-fall time of the divider was 0.271 s,so removed catapult to simplify the structure.Because forage of different types and different moisture have higher difference the amount of forage compression rebound,changed the crank length to 480 mm,extended the compression stroke to forage rebound off the boards to avoid clogging drop-plate-mouth.
