摘要
以实验和调查研究为手段,以山东凯银集团股份有限公司的蔬菜基地为基础,对多种蔬菜产品和产地环境进行检测与评价,结果表明:严格控制外源投入品的质量及用量,对蔬菜生产的全过程进行监测与质量控制,采用科学的管理措施来指导实际生产是确保蔬菜质量安全的关键。
Taking experiments and research as the method,the vegetable base of Shandong King Group CO.Ltd.as the basos,we conduct testing and evaluation to a rariety of vegetable products and their producing erworonments.The results showed that the key to ensuring the qualony and safety of vegetables is to strictly control the quality and amount of exogenous imput and to montor and control the quality in the whole process of vegetable production and to aclopt swantific management measures to gnide the actual production.
