食品安全与广大人民群众的身体健康和生命安全息息相关,因而历来备受关注。近年来,国内不断涌现的食品安全事故严重打击了广大消费者对食品行业的信心。要根除食品安全事故,法律是根本手段。我们要健全立法,规范执法,充分发挥法律的强大威力,清除食品安全事故滋生的土壤,这样才能让人民群众的身体健康和生命安全得到切实的保障。

Food safety issues are closely related to peoples＇s health and life security,which have always being given much concern.In recent years,emerging food safety incidents have heavily damaged consumers＇confidence in food industry.To eliminate food safety incidents,law is the fundamental means.The legislation should be improved,the enforcement should be regulated.We should give full play to the power of law in order to remove the breeding ground of food safety incidents.Thus,peoples＇ health and life security could be effectively protected.
