摘要
近年来变频器在电气传动控制方面得到了越来越广泛的应用。在工程中对制动单元和制动电阻的确定一般是通过估算得到的,但由于实际生产中工况较为复杂导致某些参数难以确定,因此计算结果误差较大。本文通过对设备制动过程理论计算方法的介绍以及计算结果与估算结果的比较对今后制动单元和电阻的选择提供一种切实可行的思路。
In recent years, the transducers had obtained more and more widely used in the electric drive control system. The braking unit and resistor was generally obtained by human estimated in the projects, but the actual complex produces caused it's hard to get the certain parameters, so using estimated to get parameters was usually resulted in errors. The practical new way based on the theoretical calculation of braking equipment and introduction to get the parameters and compared it with estimated result to get braking unit and hraking resistor parameters was griven in the article.
