苓仙健脾止泻汤治疗小儿病毒性肠炎128例

Clinical efficacy observation of Ling Xian Jianpi Zhixie Decoction treating 128 cases of children with viral enteritis

目的:观察苓仙健脾止泻汤治疗小儿病毒性肠炎的疗效。方法:给予苓仙健脾止泻汤进行治疗,每日1剂,观察临床疗效。结果:128例中显效96例(占75.00%),有效24例(占18.75%),无效8例(占6.25%),总有效率为93.75%。结论:苓仙健脾止泻汤治疗小儿病毒性肠炎疗效确切,值得推广应用。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Ling Xian Jianpi Zhixie Decoction treating children with viral enteritis.Method： Self-prescribed Ling Xian Jianpi Zhixie Decoction was given to the patients,1 potion a day,and the clinical curative effect was reviewed.Results： Among the 128 cases,96 cases（accounting for 75.00%） were cured,24 cases（accounting for 18.75%） improved,and 8 cases（6.25%） no effect,with a total effective rate of 93.75%.Conclusion： Ling Xian Jianpi Zhixie Decoction had definite treatment effect in treating children with viral enteritis,and was worthy of wide application.
