推拿治疗小儿流涎症36例体会

Experience of massage therapy treating 36 cases of children with salivation

目的:观察推拿治疗小儿流涎症的临床疗效。方法:36例流涎症患儿辨证分为脾胃湿热型9例、脾气虚弱型27例,运用相应的推拿手法,辅助捏脊治疗,每日1次,每次40 min,5次为1个疗程,3个疗程后评定疗效。结果:36例均获痊愈。结论:推拿治疗小儿流涎症疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of massage in the treatment of children with salivation.Methods： 36 children with salivation were divided into the spleen wet heat type with 9 cases and spleen Qi deficiency type with 27 cases.They were treated with appropriate massage with assisted chiropractic treatment,once a day,40 minutes each time,and 5 times for 1 course.The efficacy was assessed after 3 courses.Results： 36 patients were all cured.Conclusions： Massage therapy is definitely effective in children salivation,worthy of wide clinical application.
