The Establishment of Juvenile Delinquency Preventing System from Typical Cases

当前,随着我国经济改革的深度发展,贫富差距、城乡差距、贫困与不平等、弱势群体等社会问题逐渐凸显,反映在青少年违法犯罪中,呈现出复杂化、多样化、智能化特点。本文从一些典型案例出发,分析新时期青少年犯罪的现状、原因、特点,努力探讨青少年犯罪预防与矫治社会服务体系的建立。

At present,along with the deep development of our country economic reform,the problems of gaps between the rich and the poor,the urban and rural development,poverty and inequality,vulnerable groups,and other social issues are gradually obvious.Reflecting in juvenile delinquency,it shows the characteristics of being complicated,diversified,and intelligent.From some typical cases,this article analyzes the present situation of the juvenile delinquency in the new period,its causes,and its characteristics,in order to explore the establishment of juvenile delinquency prevention and treatments system.
