改变粗放的师范教育现状策略研究

Strategies of Changing the Status Quo of Extensive Normal Education

本文针对近年来师范教育出现的承载能力与实际容量不匹配、学生的文凭与实际水平不匹配、社会高素质师资需求与低能供给的实际不匹配等问题,从明确师范教育的办学定位、制定科学的发展规划等方面提出了改变粗放的师范教育现状的策略。

In recent years,the actual capacity of normal education exceeds its supporting capability;students＇ diploma does not equal to the actual level;the low supply fails to satisfy the social demand of qualified teachers.In view of the situation,the paper puts forward the corresponding strategies of changing extensive normal education from the point of clarifying the orientation of the normal education and drawing up the scientific development planning and so on.
