从工作过程导向的理论出发，结合实践，分析了在常规教学中实现行动导向教学应具备的基本条件，即构建行动学习情境、开发过程导向课程、建立一体化专业教室（仿真实训室）、实施个性化教学形式、完成教师角色转变。

It is important to search for a way fitting for the future career of students majoring in convention and exhibition. Task -based teaching is a teaching method based on the theory of cognition, motivation and function. It aims at students＇learning by doing through communicative approach. English teaching for Convention and Exhibition makes students know and master the English expressions of every section of convention and exhibition through study and practice of specific scenes so that the students can improve their English abilities in the future work.
