摘要
大学生村官政策是党和国家一项重大的人才战略工程,对加强农村基层组织建设,培养有知识、有文化的新农村建设带头人,同时缓解高校毕业生就业压力起到了积极的作用。但是在实践过程中暴露出的大学生村官仍存在如动机不纯、态度不端正、缺乏基层工作经验、没有明确的岗位责任要求和"独在异乡为异客"情怀等"水土不服"的现象。鉴于这些问题严重影响着大学生村官政策的实施效果,从理论和实践出发,深层次剖析大学生村官"水土不服"的问题和原因,并试图对此提出一些建议。
Selecting college graduates as village cadres relieves the pressure of employment and more importantly provide for the grassroots rural governments well educated personnel.But college graduates have some difficulties adjusting themselves to their grassroots-level positions.The reasons for such difficulties range from their improper personal orientation to their lack of experience of working at grassroots levels and to the lack of specific definition of their duties.These problems have hindered the implementation of the well-aimed policy.Based on the analysis of the problems,the authors attempt to offer some effective suggestions for the solution of these problems.
