摘要
从计划经济到市场经济的社会转型时期,更多的公民通过网络参与政治生活,这对于我国各级政府治理理念提出了新要求。通过对网络政治参与的特点解析和参与动因分析,提出了公民网络政治参与下政府治理理念创新的路径选择:政府合理地扩大其管理半径,提高其管理效率;有更强的回应力,回应社会中的各种问题和需求;政府自身角色的转变,处理好网络话语的主导权;政府信息公开,保障公民的知情权。
Concepts of government governance are being challenged when more citizens participate in politics through the Internet.After an analysis of the basic characteristics and motivations of citizen online political participation,we present approaches for improvement of government governance:the government should take measures to function with greater efficiency,respond to social problems and citizens' needs and demands more actively,and keep citizens better informed of government operation.
