摘要
为了应对美国EPA第Ⅲ阶段非道路用点燃式发动机排放法规,本文通过AVLBOOST软件建立起168F通用小型汽油机的工作模型,对排气压力波动和补气量进行模拟计算,给出了二次补气的工作机理和补气量随工况的变化规律。经计算表明,采用二次补气能够较好的降低排放,为通用小型汽油机使用二次补气降低排放提供了有效的手段,具有普遍应用价值。同时经试验验证:单独采用二次补气的汽油机在劣化后整机排放完全达到美国EPA2011年的排放法规限值。
In order to satisfy the EPA phase Ⅲ emission regulation,a working model for 168F non-road small spark ignition engine is established by AVL BOOST.On the basis,the exhaust pressure and the intake air quantity are calculated and analyzed,and it reveals the working principle of the secondary air and the change of the intake air quantity and the working situation.The result shows that the emission has been decreased by the secondary air and it is important and value to offer the method of decrease the emission by the secondary air.At the same time,the experiment shows that the emission with the secondary air is completely in conformity with the EPA emission regulation.
