摘要
由于秸秆锅炉过热器普遍存在着积灰比较严重的问题,采用Fluent软件对某电厂75t/h秸杆锅炉过热器进行数值模拟,通过对不同标高下的速度云图和压力系数和速度矢量图分析得出过热器管段积灰的规律。根据数值模拟的结果,对吹灰器进行了改造,取得了不错的效果。
The straw boiler superheater generally exists the problem of deposition severely.This paper uses fluent software to processed numerical simulation for the superheater of 75t/h straw boiler in some plants.According to the different elevation contours of speed and the pressure coefficient and velocity vector diagram,the formation of superheater pipeline is obtained.According to the results of the numerical simulation,the sootblowers are transformed and good effect is gained.
