猪瘟、猪口蹄疫、高致病性猪蓝耳病疫苗首免组合的筛选

摘要 为向基层动物防疫工作提供猪瘟、猪口蹄疫、高致病性猪蓝耳病3种疫苗科学合理的首免组合,将3种疫苗采取5种不同免疫组合免疫断奶仔猪。于免疫后21d、28d、35d、63d、112d采集血清,用酶联免疫吸附实验方法(ELISA)检测猪瘟、猪口蹄疫、高致病性猪蓝耳病抗体水平。结果表明,在阉割时免疫猪瘟疫苗和猪口蹄疫疫苗,第7天免疫高致病性猪蓝耳病疫苗,所产生的抗体水平较高,且持续时间较长,在生产实际中可以推广应用。
