Intraoperative cooperation of patients with intracranial aneurysm accepting operation under evoked potential monitoring

[目的]积累在诱发电位实时监测下颅内动脉瘤手术的配合经验。[方法]对16例脑动脉瘤病人在诱发电位监测下进行显微手术的术中配合情况进行回顾性分析。[结果]在巡回护士和器械护士的密切配合下,16例病人手术均成功完成。[结论]手术护士熟悉手术步骤和专用器械、密切配合手术医生和电生理监测人员可保证手术安全进行。

Objective. To accumulate experiences of intraoperative cooperation for patients with intracranial aneurysm accepting operation under evoked potential monitoring. Methods： The intraoperative cooperation state of a total of 16 cerebral aneurysm accepting microsurgery under evoked potential monitoring was analyzed retrospectively. Results： All 16 patients have successfully completed the operation under the closely cooperation of circuit nurse and instrument nurse. Conclusion： To ensure operation performed safely, operating nurses in the operating room should be well familiar with operating procedure and special appliances. They should closely cooperate with surgeons and electrophysiological monitoring staff.
