恩再适联合红花注射液对2型糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效观察

Effect of mecobalamin combined with Honghua on refractory type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy

目的观察恩再适与红花注射液联合治疗2型糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法将60例糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为两组,每组30例。两组在积极控制血糖的基础上,治疗组予恩再适注射液6mL/次,静脉滴注,同时予红花注射液20mL溶于生理盐水250mL中静脉滴注,1次/d,连用14d;对照组予甲钻铵肌注500μg/d,连用14d。结果治疗组有效率达92%,明显高于对照组48%(P<0.01);神经传导速度改善也明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论恩再适与红花联合应用可明显提高2型糖尿病周围神经病变的治疗效果。

Objective To study the effects of mecobalamin combined with Honghua on retractory type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods 60 patients with refractory diabetic peripheral neuropathy were divided into two groups; control group were treated with analgecine while therapy group were treated with mecobalamin combined with Honghua. The duration lasted 14 days. Results The improvement rate of therapy group was 92% and it was higher than in control group 48% （P 〈0.01）. Nerve conduction velocities were improved in treatment group obviously （P 〈0.01）. Conclusion Mecobalamin combined with Honghua can improve the effect of refractory diabetic peripheral neuropathy obviously
