摘要
目的评价椅旁牙科计算机辅助设计和计算机辅助制作(CAD/CAM)全瓷修复系统(瓷睿刻3代)的临床应用效果。方法对68例患者按照瓷睿刻3代椅旁牙科CAD/CAM全瓷修复系统的标准程序,制作嵌体和冠全瓷修复体68例,其中使用Vita公司的MarkⅡ瓷块40块,西偌德公司的CERECBlock瓷块38块,修复体使用树脂粘接材料粘接完成。修复后3~6月复诊,由医师按照改良的USPHS标准对修复体进行评价。结果 85.7%的修复体各项检查达到了A级标准。结论瓷睿刻3代系统的椅旁牙科CAD/CAM全瓷修复系统制作嵌体和冠方便、快捷、精度高,是一种值得推广的口腔修复技术。
Objective To evaluate and compare effects of inlay and crown fabricated by CEREC3 computer aided design/computer aided manufacture (CAD/CAM) system. Methods 68 patients were involved in the study and 68 restorations were made according to the standard procedure of CEREC3 chair-side CAD/CAM dental all-ceramic restoration system, 40 of which were fabricated with Mark Ⅱ of Vita company and 42 with CEREC block of CEREC company. All of the inlays and crowns were bonded with the composite resin adhesive and were evaluated by the same calibrated examiner with modified USPHS criteria three to six months later after being installed. Results 85.7% restorations scored A of USPHS criteria and the main preseason of failure was the fracture of ceramic. Conclusion CEREC3 chair-side CAD/CAM dental all-ceramic restoration system is convenient and rapid in designing and manufacturing inlays and crown which exhibit high quality and nature teeth color within one visiting time and the clinical result is satisfactory.
