摘要 传统的流感疫苗生产多采用鸡胚培养,但该生产过程易受微生物污染、内毒素残余量高、对流感大流行应急能力差,因此基于哺乳动物细胞培养的病毒疫苗工业的发展变得尤为重要。本文综述国内外采用哺乳动物细胞培养,重点是MDCK细胞,生产流感疫苗的研究以及临床应用现状。 Influenza vaccine production is produced by chicken embryonic eggs traditionally. However, this egg-based process has some disadvantages including microbiological contamination, trace residual endotoxin and low flexibility. Moreover, egg-based production is not sufficient for pandemic flu which has much more risk compared with seasonal flu. Then it is urgent to develop qualified mammalian cell-based production for influenza vaccine. This review summarizes the most recent developments and clinical advances of cell-based flu vaccine production, especially the MDCK cell-culture and compared it with the traditionally egg-based process. The mass prospect of cell-based influenza vaccine production is also discussed.
