摘要 多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是常见的育龄期妇女内分泌疾病,病因尚不明,已明确的相关因素有胰岛素抵抗、糖尿病、肥胖以及环境和遗传等。本文简要综述PCOS的发病机制及诊治的研究进展。 Polycystic ovary syndrome （PCOS） is a common endocrine disease in reproductive-age women. It causes are not clear. However, as we know that insulin resistance, diabetes and obesity are all strongly correlated with PCOS. This review describes the progress of the pathogenesis, diagnosis and drug therapy for PCOS.
