构建应用型本科院校教师创新团队的意义及措施

Preliminary Study of Innovative Team Establishment in Application-oriented Institutes

在"提高自主创新能力,建设创新型国家"的历史使命下,应用型本科院校的主要任务发生了改变:从培养应用型人才提升为培养应用型创新人才。然而,应用型本科院校教师个体很难承担起这一历史任务的转变。因此,如何构建有统一目标、资源共享、优势互补、相互协作的创新团队成为其培养应用型创新人才和管理的重要内容。

Under the historical mission of ＂Enhance China＇s capacity for independent innovation and make China an innovative country＂, the main task of Application-type Regular University is changing. The main task has changed from training applied talents to applied innovative talents. However, application-oriented institutes lack high-level ability to make innovations to achieve this historical task. Therefore, how to build an innovative team which has clear-objectives, resource sharing, and complementary advantages, mutual cooperation is becoming the main task of applied innovative personnel and management.
