河南省上行气象数据信息传输率统计系统的设计与实现 被引量:8

摘要 为了实时监控上行气象信息传输是否及时,并能统计和分析各地市局气象资料的传输及时率,设计并实现了基于SQL Server数据库的上行气象数据传输率监控分析系统。该系统采用B/S模式,在PHP环境下开发完成,监控结果以表格形式显示,并可以采用Excel表格输出;实现了任意时间段、任意报类和地区的传输率统计。系统界面友好,具有较强的实用性,业务应用后能够及时发现气象信息上传过程中出现的逾限报或缺报,也可及时掌握和分析全省各个市县局的数据上传情况。 In order to monitor the meteorological information promptly and statistically analyze the rate of timely data which is coming from various regions meteorological office,we worked out the transmission rate monitoring and analyzing system of uplink meteorological information.As the system is base on SQL Server database meanwhile the program is devoted by B/S model and accomplished in PHP background,the result is able to show by tables or Excel.It makes it possible for analyzing all kinds of report transmission rate anytime and anywhere,furthermore the interface is amicable and functional and by using this system we could clearly find out the jabber and missing report at first time during the transmission process and keep all the transmission status of various regions.
