摘要
内部创业(Intrapreneurship)是企业为了提升核心竞争力并获得创新性成果而做出的组织允诺、授权和资源保证的一系列内部创业行动。本文通过对中国华为公司所开展的内部创业行动的观察与调研案例分析,探讨和评价中国成长型企业在内部创业过程中的行动逻辑和内部创业机制,探寻中国企业通过内部创业进一步提升核心竞争力的有效途径和经验。
Intrapreneurship refers to a series of entrepreneurial activities which are permitted, empowered and givenample resources by an organization so as to enhance corporate core competence. For the first 100 of the top 500 global corporations, nearly 65% of them use intrapreneurship to ensure their innovation and sustainability. However, it is virtually a pretty new concept rarely practiced in China. Huawei Corporation is the first corporation using intrapreneurial strategy and its success in the practice has provided precious value for most private companies in the transitional period for their core competency maintenance. This research is intended to abstract some logical and successful mechanism from Huawei's case for many others to follow.
