Study on Improvement of Research Ability of Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职院校教师的科研能力决定着高职院校科研工作的水平。笔者调研分析了高职院校科研工作的现状,解析存在问题的原因,以乐山职业技术学院在科研管理和教师科研能力提升方面的实践为例,对高职院校教师科研能力提升对策进行研究探索。

The research level of a higher vocational college depends on its teachers ＇research ability. On the basis of the status of scientific research in higher vocational colleges, the approaches to improving and promoting the research ability of teachers are studied. As a case study, the practice of the scientific research management as well as the improvement of teachers＇ research ability in Leshan Vocational arid Technical College is introduced.
