摘要
针对当前我国高校档案在标杆管理中存在的问题,采取以下5方面措施:选定切合实际的标杆;模仿与创新并抓;高校应设置专项资金,加大对档案部门的投入;及时跟进,监督执行进度;普遍性与特殊性相结合。
This paper considers the application of benchmarking management in college and university archives. The basic ideas of benchmarking management are first introduced and the significances of benchmarking management applied in archives management are studied. Finally, the suggestions for applying the benchmarking management in the practice of archives management are presented, including selection of practical benchmarking, imitation balanced with innovation, input increase to archives through funding, implementation and monitoring of rules, and flexibility in real practice.
