学术期刊广为诟病的原因在于其异化的实质,主要表现为功能的异化和评价标准的异化。目前学术期刊已经异化成为学术主体和把关人追逐名利的工具,办刊人只求形式创新而忽略内容实质,各办刊单位简单地把量化指标作为学术期刊评价的指挥棒,学术期刊及其把关人的工作评价和话语权受制于期刊的社会地位,还常常以门第观念先入为主地评价学术成果。这些问题已经严重地影响了学术自由的规律,成为学术不端和学术腐败的主要现象之一。要想改变这种现状,必须建立健全学术评价体系,构建学术信誉机制;加快学术诚信立法进程,提高学术腐败成本;强化学术期刊的功能,回归其学术本位;加强编辑队伍建设,建立从业人员职业规范。

The reasons why academic journals are widely criticized lie in their alienation, which mainly covers the alienation of function and the alienation of evaluation criteria. Currently, academic journals have alienated to a tool for the academic subjects and leaders to chase fame and fortune. The magazine hosts only pay attention to the form innovation but ignore the substantial content. Various magazine units simply use the quantitative in dicators as the baton for the evaluation of academic journals. The job evaluation of academic journals and their supervisors and their right to speak are subject to the social status of journals, and there are preconceived ideas to assess the academic achievement by ranking. All these problems have seriously affected the law of academic freedom, and have become the major phenomena of academic misconduct and academic corruption. To change this situation, we must establish a sound academic evaluation system and build academic reputation mechanism; accelerate the legislative process for academic integrity and increase the cost of academic corruption; strengthen the function of academic journals and return to their academic standards; and strengthen the construction of editorial team and establish the occupational specification for employees in this field.
