摘要
在图书馆工作中,运用知识图谱理论及其方法可以更好地为读者服务。在咨询服务时,可以用可视化图形回答读者问题;在信息检索服务时,可以给读者提供一个个知识节点和节点间的链接;在文检课教学中,可以通过图形让学生学习各知识点并了解其关联,进而掌握课程重点;在情报研究中,可以揭示全球各个国家、各个领域的研究动态。另外,也可用于图书馆的其他服务中。
In the library,the theory and method of knowledge mapping can be used tor the readers wltn a better service. For example, in the advisory service, you can use visual graphs to answer readers' questions; in the information retrieval service, you can provide readers with knowledge nodes and links between nodes; in the information retrieval teaching, students can obtain knowledge points and understand their relevance through graphs, and then master the key points of the course; and in intelligence research, knowledge mapping can be used to reveal the research trends of various countries and fields. In addition, it can also be used in other services of the library.
