摘要
当前,替代性纠纷解决方式(ADR)对于解决社会纠纷的价值意义开始受到人们的普遍关注,ADR的诸种方式在社会纠纷的解决中也得到日益广泛的运用。以ADR方式解决高校教育管理纠纷的独特优势及其可能性,并对协商、调解、仲裁、申诉等ADR方式在高校教育管理纠纷解决中的适用予以阐析。
Currently,Alternative Dispute Resolution(ADR) has attracted great attention,and has been widely used in the society.The paper discusses the advantages and probability of applying ADR to educational administrative disputes in university,and then analyzes the application of different modes of ADR: negotiation,mediation,arbitration and appeal,etc.
