摘要
伴随着改革开放,我国学者将欧美半现行文件保管机构——文件中心介绍到国内档案学界。30年来,学者们对文件中心在我国建立的必要性、可行性、普遍性和本土化进行了全方位的研究,取得了可喜的成果。笔者对此进行总结和评论。
Along with the process of the reform and opening up, Chinese scholars will introduce the euramerican semi-current record custodian institution-records centre to the field of domestic archives. During the past 30 years, scholars have made an in-depth analysis of the necessity, feasibility, universality as well as localization concerning the establishment of the records centre in China, and they have obtained favorable achievements. Therefore, the author will summarize and comment on it.
