摘要
通过烧结杯试验,考查铬矿粉烧结造块性能及铬烧结矿物化性能,评价配加B熔剂和A熔剂对铬烧结矿质量、产量、燃料消耗的影响,并且在烧结试验过程中对部分参数进行了摸索优化。结果表明,铬矿粉造块工艺在烧结杯实验室是可行的,但要同时配加一定的B熔剂或A熔剂作为烧结熔剂;单种铬矿粉、B熔剂并配加一定的燃料后,铬烧结矿成块性好,表观质量好;在高燃料配比(12%)条件下,单种铬矿粉不配加B熔剂,只配加2%A熔剂烧结,同样能获得良好的铬烧结矿性能。
With sintering bed, the performances of chromite agglomerate and chromite sinter were studied. The impacts of the fluxes A & B on quality yield and fuel ratio were studied and optimized. We find that the sintering technology of chromite powder is doable with the fluxes A & B in lab. With chromite powder, flux B and fuel, chromite sinter can have good surface quality. Meanwhile the sintering ratio is improved. If the fuel ratio is set to 12%, good chromite sinter can be produced using chromite powder and 2% flux A.
