摘要
商住楼是由商业和居住两部分功能空间组成的建筑综合体,它有着经济效益显著、方便居民生活、屏蔽噪声、灰尘与废气、丰富城市景观等显而易见的优点,因而受到开发商和市政部门的青睐。但是与此同时,商住楼更具有结构、空间、立面、环境等多方面的不可忽视的缺点。本文便是从优劣两方面对商住楼加以分析,并在此基础上提出了优化的策略。
As a kind of multiple-use building with two major functions of commerce and residence,business-living building has many noticeable advantages such as striking economic benefit,convenience to inhabitant daily life,varied urbanscape and shielding noise,dust and waste gas.As a result,it is favoured by developers and municipalities.However,it has more unnegligible disadvantages in terms of structure,space,elevation and environment.This articale seriously analyses its virtues and shortcomings and tables a series of proposals for better design.
