福建南平高层住宅夏季室内热环境与通风实测分析

摘要 通过对福建南平某一高层住宅夏季室内热环境与通风实测,全面评价了该住宅夏季室内热环境的状况,在此基础上讨论了通风对室内热舒适的影响。实测分析结果表明:(1)该住宅在夏季时段室内风速较小,室内风速大于等于0.2m/s(即一般情况下的风感阈值)的情况,无论主卧室或者客厅均达不到50%;(2)该住宅夏季时段在完全自然通风条件下,室内的PMV指标接近2.0,为热不舒适状况;(3)通过计算,加强住宅室内通风有利于改善该住宅室内热舒适状况,但仍未达到PMV在±1的范围内,因此试图仅采用自然通风手段达到住宅室内热舒适是不可行的,南平市的该住宅夏季须使用空调才能达到室内热舒适。 After a detailed experimental investigating a high-rise residential indoor thermal environment and ventilation in summer 2009,in Nanping City,Fujian Province,the investigation comprehensively assess indoor thermal environment in the high-rise resident.Based on the investigation,the article discusses the effect of ventilation upon indoor comfort.The results show: 1.Indoor airflow speed in the resident is low.Neither main bedroom and living room can reach the case of indoor airflow speed upper than 0.2m/s more than 50%,that is the airflow speed threshold value people can feel.2.In completely natural ventilation conditions in summer,the resident indoor PMV index about 2.0,that means a thermal uncomfortable condition.3.Though calculating,enhanced the resident's ventilation would improve indoor thermal comfort,but it still can't lead PMV within ±1.So reaching the resident's indoor thermal comfort just used natural ventilation method is impossible.The resident in Nanping City should use air-condition equipments can reach indoor thermal comfort.
