摘要 天然黄酮类化合物是重要的生物活性化合物,尤其是天然3-烃基黄酮类化合物,最近对其合成的研究关注度逐渐上升,已经有多篇文献报道了它们的合成.按照反应原料的不同,按单酮、黄酮醇、黄酮、苯酚、1,3-二酮和查尔酮的顺序综述了国内外3-位烃基黄酮合成方法的研究进展. Flavonoids,especially 3-alkyl flavones,are important bioactive compounds isolated from plants.Recently,the attention to their synthesis has been gradually increased.Many articles have reported their synthesis.According to the classification of reactants,the advance in the synthesis of 3-alkyl flavones is reported from single ketones,flavonols,flavones,phenols,1,3-diketones and chalcones.
