Through the literature material method,questionnaires,expert interviews,mathematical statistics and logic analysis and deductive-inductive etc,to investigate and to analyze the winter sports of Qinhuangdao.Learning the basic situation,finding the existent problems and deploring the common rules can offer the constructive suggestions for the development of the winter nation wide fitness of Qinhuangdao and the similar urban.
