可分离式髌骨爪治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折

Treatment of separated patellar concentrator for patients with comminuted patellar fracture

目的:探讨可分离式髌骨爪手术治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折的临床效果。方法:采用可分离式髌骨爪治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折16例,常规切口,术后疼痛消失后早期进行膝功能练习。结果:随访8月～24月,平均14个月,骨折愈合时间8-12周。临床疗效;优10例,良5例,中1例,优良率为93,7%。结论:可分离式髌骨爪是治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折一种良好的固定方法。

Objective：To explore clinical effects of separated patellar concentrator for patients with comminuted patellar fracture.Methods：16 patients with comminuted patellar fractures were treated with separated patellar concentrator in conventional incision in which early knee functional exercise of all patients was performed after postoperative pain disappeared.Results：16 cases were followed up for 8 months to 24 months,average of 14 months in which fracture healing time was 8 weeks to 12 weeks,excellently clinical effect was 10 cases,wen clinical effect was 5 cases,fairly clinical effect was 1 case and good rate was 93.7 %.Conclusion：Separated patellar concentrator is a good treatment for patients with patellar comminuted fractures.
