摘要 针对新一代电力信息与通信技术网络需求和业务特点,对新一代电力业务进行等级划分。在层次分析法和模糊评价算法的基础上,建立指标评价体系,得到指标的权重,最后构建了基于AHP的模糊加权业务质量评价模型,并对业务质量评价指标的计算方法进行了论述。以调度管理信息系统为例,证实了该模型在解决新一代电力信息与通信技术网络业务质量评价的有效性。 Based on the requirements and characteristics of new generation power information and communication network, a grade division is done on new power business in the paper. On the basis of AHP and fuzzy evaluation algorithm, the indicator evaluation system is formed, the weight index is got, and a service quality evaluation model is established. The paper also discusses the calculation method of service quality index. The experimental results from the dispatching management information system shows that the proposed approach is valid and rational.
